Oleh kerana aku banyak masa terluang, aku menghabiskan masa aku untuk workout, almost 1 year lebih dah aku start workout, masa aku bekerja dulu pun atleast hujung mggu aku kena jugak workout, and its become addicting. Hehe.. Don’t go 3 days without exercise!
Workout bukan sahaja nak kurus ek, tapi untuk sihat jugak, bak kata omputeh, fit is the new skinny, so I don’t need to be skinny but fit & healthy. So, aku dah follow a few trainer, from youtube je pun, xpernah lagi pegi gym, so this is called home gym, and these trainer are my inspiration;
1. Blogilates. Yang ni memang hardcore giler, setiap kali buat workout dier, komfem aku kan ckp, “giler ape pompuan ni, aduhh..” memang mengeluh je tiap kali nk workout, pheww.. it push our body to the limit.
2. Xhit-Yang ni simple jugak la, tapi ada part memang susah, tapi mostly the workout is pretty basic, good for beginner. Ada 3 trainer, Kelsie Lee, Rebecca Loiuse & Cynthia Dallas, my fave is Kelsie..
3.Natalie Jill Fit-Yang ni pun ok jak, aku just refer intagram dia just to workout. Look at herself, memang dah ada 6 pax, walaupun dah agak berumur. But still maintain & fit!
And I have lots of other video workout from Jillian Michael, Zumba Fitness, aerobic, Bipasha Basu pun ada video workout sendiri taw, korang boleh je search on the youtube!..
Nak cepat berkesan, mstila kena jaga makan jugak, tapi part ni la yang paling payah. hoho.. sebab tu aku lambat nak kurus ni, makan tetap jugak makan nasik, blauk, goreng2.. haha.. tu la kena workout lebih.
Satu lagi, kita kena pelbagai kan workout, don’t stick to one type of workout sebab bila badan kita dah biasa, it will not change, that’s why aku refer so many trainer, different trainer have different technique.
